Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Northridge, California. Typical shipping times are 1-2 days for west coast, 3-4 days for midwest, 5-6 days for east coast. This does not include the production time.

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Boxes. Please provide a full residential or commercial address for shipping.


California and Maryland residents are subject to standard state sales tax rates.

Return Policy

Because our mats are customized items, they are not returnable. In the rare case of a manufacturers defect or Maryland Auto Mats error, items may be returned for credit provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new, unused condition.

You have 30 days to return your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment) minus return shipping costs. Keep in mind, the length of time it takes for your credit to post to your account is dependent on you card issuer’s policies.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; except, in the rare instance of a manufacturer’s defect or Maryland Auto Mats error.

Maryland Auto Mats will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use. Under no circumstances do we reimburse labor costs or installation fees.

Wrong item received:

Prior to contacting us, please refer to your order and verify the item you ordered is not what you received. Simply compare the part number on the shipping receipt to the part number on your email order receipt. If the numbers do not match, please contact Maryland Auto Mats directly at sales@marylandautomats.com, or call us at 410-987-5353 for assistance and resolution.
